By the way, Toyota will never beat the reign of the XX Limited Vios. Yun panalo. The 1.5S is so-so. And this 1.5G SE Ltd. is butt-ugly.

I think yung color yung difference...yung base model is yung plain white color, while the J model is other colors available, but still have same features like power window, steering, airbag, and so on.

liit nga ng difference...pero mukhang mas magiging mabenta ang 1.3 G kasi upgrade ka na sa mags at fog lamps compared sa E.

Kapag lumalabas na yang mga special edition na yan, siguro parating na yang bagong model at nilalabas na nila stock nila. Halata ko lang tuwing end na ng cycle tsaka lumalabas ang mga ganyan.

Ngayon ko lang nalaman yung 1.3 base ah. Talagang pinilitang maging mas mura sa 588k ng Accent eh. Yung 584k siguro yung tulad sa previous gen na 1.3J which has no tach, no power windows, no driver airbag, and a 2 speaker sound system. If ganun talaga yung 584k na Vios, mahal parin.

I have to agree with this.

Mas better sana kung yung variant ang dinowngrade from 1.5L

Imagine, wearing 14" steelies, and less electronics plus a 1.5L engine partnered with a manual transmission, bilis nun panigurado. Hahaha

The Vios and Innova are due for a facelift (seeing that no new all body Yaris sedan has been unveiled anywhere on earth yet) very soon. But I believe Toyota's current stock of so many old style parts will force then to keep producing these "unfacelifted" until supplies eventually dwindles.

The reason for the new 1.3G is simply bec. Toyota Phils probably has so many unused 1.5G rims around. They may also have many pre-painted body shells that has been processed with 1.5G only colors (ie metallic brown). Now the market is very weak for 1.5G so instead they drop a 1.3 2NZ-FE instead and voila! The 1.3G.

I wonder what is that Php 584,000 1.3J ? Could it be a pattern of the Avanza 1.3J taxi? Which is basically no power everything except steering. Available in white only. Steel rims only. Hubcaps deleted.

If Toyota really wants to cut cost, may as well delete the driver's airbag, radio + speakers, etc..

Katawa naman ginagawa ng toyota. Pinaghahalo-halo nalang yung mga features nung models gaya nung mags. Haha, nothing new. Wala raw kasi bumibili nung TRD accessories kaya nirecycle nalang sa SE limited. XD
