fortuner d-4d m/t rin ang hinihintay ko but seems malabo.
bakit naman ang hi-lux, innova, and hi-ace d-4ds mayroon?

yung iba may manual coz its being used as hauler

At least here in the Philippines, the Fortuner is only available with automatic transmission. But in Thailand, they have Fortuner 4x4 with a manual transmission.
Btw, the Philippines along with India are the primary source for the IMV's manual transmission. Ironic that a manual transmission option cannot be made available here. I guess the market for such is also an important deciding factor.

unfortunately, sa 2.5 liter D4D - G model lang ang may manual tranny....
wala sa 3.0 liter d4d - V model at 2.7 VVTi - G model. both only offers automatic tranny
