No worries sir wolfmanila! I appreciate the comment. We all have our own preferences naman. And its good to know others ideas and preferences as well. For me lang kasi, I've always liked the look of fender flares. Its gives an SUV look eh, hehe. Not so much with the stepboard though. KAso walang choice kasi wala nga daw yung side skirts to match the flares. Ayun, stepboard ang alternative.

I should be getting my Innova G (bronze) sometime next week. Pinalalagyan ko ng fender flares and side skirts. Kaso I was a little bit disappointed to learn (after paying, of course) that yung fender flares pala na gusto ko is only available in black matt finish. Hindi puedeng color keyed. Puede daw yung color keyed pero yung manipis na fender flares like what they put in the SR model. Kaso type ko kasi yung flares na makapal parang yung sa fortuner. Nakakahinayan na black lang.

Tingin niyo ba bagay yun black flares sa bronze color?

One more thing, yung new innova models daw wala nang side skirts. Is this true? Yung side skirt kit na meron is the one again for the SR model that goes with the fender flares na manipis. Eh since di ko talaga gusto yung itsura ng manipis na flares, I had to opt for a stepboard instead of side skirts to match with the black flares. Nakakahinayan tuloy. First new car to purchase but I didn't get what I really wanted.

Baka meron kayong ibang suggestions? Btw, the flares and stepboard took me back by 24.5K.

For me Sir mas maganda na ang look ng fender flares ng SR compared dun sa makapal. Hindi kasi nagma-match sa offset ng gulong yung makapal. Lumalapad ang look ng body tapos ang gulong parang naiwan sa loob ng ilang inches. Unlike sa Fortuner na naka design talaga ang offset ng wheels to match the flares. But, IMHO the design of the carryboy is much better lalo pa body colored like this one:

Sir d rin magkakaroon kahit palagyan mo ng central lock. Gawin mo ON mo na lang sa door yung cabin light para alam mo kung may bukas pa na door.

Honga hindi talaga babagay sa bronze innova ang black na flares lang especially kung G or V ang model, unless same theme na rin na black-bronze combi like black door handles, black roof rail/rack, at black bumpers like this one posted at sulit.com:

Magpalagay din sana ako ng flares para lumabas na nakaflush mounted ang stepboards.

Kaso i have seen flares na namuti/namutla ang kulay. Originally beige/gray ata ang kulay nung mga yon.

Nakita ko din yan picture na yan. Naghahanap ako ng pics kung meron man na bronze with black flares pero wala ako makita. Yan yung nakita ko. Looks ok nga sa white/silver body color.

Sir, pwede ba makita close up view ng mudguards? lapat na lapat ba esp yung sa likod? may nakita kasi ako na 2009/2010 model na kinabitan ng hindi lapat sa rear bumper tapos nilagyan ng silicon, ang pangit ng kinalabasan.

May possibility na matuklap. Pero tingin ko, it would take a while, lalo na kung yung magpipintura ay bihasa na sa painting.

Malamang sa malamang din kapag tinanggal nila yung flares they can put it back to the same way it was before.
