    x-wind,

pwede sumama pag may 4Lo ang sasakyan mo.

another option: makisakay ka sa mga pupunta eto ginagawa ko. at least kasama ka pa rin sa kasiyahan. and you see it first hand.

    ungas,

Law of Physics ang papasok, higher altitude less oxygen. Some fluids tends to overflow upthere. So DO NOT overfill your fluids. Basta umabot sa MAX level or a bit lower ok na.

Patrol at Land Cruiser pwedeng naka-stepboards. Mas mataas pa din ang stepboards nila kaysa sa frame ng sasakyan mismo.

Check all systems. Brakes, tires, suspension, engine, etc. Any part that has already gotten broken on your rig should be double checked. Check all fluid levels and all belts.

Check for low hanging accessories which may have to be removed.

Mr. Phil G. just called me up, he was up in the Cordilleras kaya pala walang reply last week.

Anyway, about Hi-Peak, he told me that he was thinking that monsoon rains may still be present upthere. And it's not nice to camp on wet soil. Though he was asking directions if anyone knew how to get to Mount Banoy in Lobo, Batangas. Trail is not that exciting as Hi-Peak, but the view is breath taking according to him.

He said, he's planning to climb Hi-Peak by mid November.

Mr. Phil G. emailed me, with his permission, I would like to quote him:

...Tell you what, if I can get someone to come down with me same day I will go for the day, up and then down to Iba. Just let me know...
We can still push thru if you guys really want it, we'll just have to find another vehicle to convoy with Mr. Phil G. going down on that same day.

Pwedeng hitch, David! Sa dami ng sasama ang daming bakanteng upuan na sasakyan.

Mr. Phil G. and I spoke again, and we have agreed to postpone for October because of monsoon rains hampering the trail. Latest word from the engineer of C-Squared Mining that the trail is blocked by fallen trees, soil erosion and boulders. If we continue the October plans, it will be too treacherous for newbies who would want to join. Clearing the trail plans will commence early November, hopefully this will be easy enough for everyone to enjoy. :D
