June 15th, 2017 01:20 AM #1Newbie question po ulet para sa newbie na katulad ko. Recently ko lang po nalaman na coolant po pala dapat ang ilalagay sa radiator. Akala ko po kase okay na ung tubig gaya ng mga nakikita ko sa jeep. Twice ko na po yata nilagyan ng tubig ung kotse ko. Ask ko lang po sana kung ano magandang diskarte dun? Nag research ako and pwede naman po pala iflush ung laman nung radiator. Balak ko po bumili nalang din ng coolant para ipalit.
Pure coolant po ba dapat ilagay or imix sa tubig?
Gaano po karami dapat ipasok sa radiator? Dapat po ba mapuno siya?
Toyota altis 2011 po kotse ko. Ano po magandang coolant na masusuggest niyo and saan po siya mabibili with estimated price na rin po?

June 15th, 2017 04:51 AM #2Toyota Super Long Life Coolant. Just buy it in the casa. It is not expensive.

You can buy a 50-50 mix Toyota coolant at the CASA.
You can also opt to drain all the coolant and refill with fresh coolant if your car has piled on the mileage already.

if you have coolant concentrate, follow the dilution instructions.
i fill the radiator 'til it overflows.
i fill the overflow canister to the mark.
the coolant is color-coded.
if in doubt, buy from the casa. "it is allowed."
