    With so many kamote riders and various obstacles at PH roads, the moose test should be an important factor for choosing a car.

    The Hilux pickup is the hottest selling pickup in the Phils now with 35% market share. For a decade already, itís been failing the moose test but people still believe in the legendary Toyota reliability. Go figure.

    Since when did our government bother with such tests? Road safety is not much of a concern, just take a look at those old trucks and jeepneys on the road.

    I was referring to car owners to be meticulous when it comes to the car's safety features and handling capabilities. We the car owners shouldn't rely to our mediocre government for imposing safety standards.
