Tried Rico before. Mabilis umingay and ang gaspang agad ng kapit. Better go for Bendix, Bosch or Ferodo kung may available sizes sila.

Not a good idea ipa bonding ang brake pad o brake shoe ng car.

Yeah, the Rico brand isn't too good. You get what you pay for. Bendix pads are available in almost any auto supply. In Banawe, try Toyorama near E. Rod for original and replacement Toyota parts.

Bendix General CT will be enough for a Corolla. Costs around 600 if I recall. On my Toyota I use Bendix Metal kings. Around 1200 for a set.

Hope you don't always apply the "cheaper the better" adage on all parts though. 2K+ is still a very good price for OEM brake pads, but nonetheless, Bendix is okay for the daily drive. If you drive on the highway a lot though, i still find the OEM pads better than the Bendix CTs (more consistent feel/bite); if i go Bendix i always opt for the dusty Metal Kings which have very good performance.
You may want to flush, and replace your brake fluid as well when you change your brake pads.
