Just wanna get your views about the best toyata dealer, I am from Binan Laguna and near TOYOTA alabang and Sta. Rosa.

San branch po kaya mas ok ang service and packages? Im planning to get an AVANZA 1.3J.

Anu po ba mas OK sa BANK or diretso na sa dealers? and when is the best time to buy a car po.

And pano po ba yun insurance nun kasama na po ba yun? pwede ba direct link yun kasama, coz I read on the forums that's its one of the most recommended.

Thanks and hope for your feedbacks
Try Toyota Alabang; because they are nice to the customer(s) when your buying the car, but after that, different story
I dunno about Toyota Sta. Rosa; I beleive they have no showroom; that is only their Plant where they assemble car, suv, etc.
Go and apply a CAR LOAN in the Bank and compare their rates
Comprehensive Insurance is FREE for 1 year.

avoid Sa mark anthony of toyota quezon ave. nag pa service ako (5k warranty) laging wala sa table. hindi binalik yung warranty booklet ko. hindi rin pinirmahan. nakuha ko lang booklet the next day (thanks to ms vam). sa kakakulit ko.
nagtanong ako sa sa mark anthony kung pwede ko kunin yun lumang oil filter at yun can/plastic container ng oil para may reference ako pagalit pa sagot: hindi raw kasi madudumihan pa yun auto (thanks for the concern). then iniwasan na ako nag telepono. ako pa nag THANK YOU.
then wala man lang nag advise na tapus na pala. nag follow up lang ako kung tapus na. as usual wala sa table yung SA . nag tanong tanong lang ako. lagi ako tinuturo dun sa SA ko . EH WALA NGA SYA SA TABLE. saan ako magtatanong? at last may isang concern na employee . sabi tapos na daw (parang sa ibang dept sya) . tinuro ako mag hintay daw sa labas. pag dating sa labas ng reception area wala naman taong mag guguide. 3 kami dun nag hihintay na parang engot. sabi nung 1: wala man lang nag aasist sa atin? ano ba to? buti nalang nag lakad lakad ako at nakita ko yun auto ko naka hazard. pasok ako at drive. pano kung iba nag drive?

Definitely queues are not long and its not crowded, compared to other "known" dealers like Otis, Balintawak, Q. Ave.

If only I live nearby, I would bring my Toyota for PMS there for warranty compliance. Not sure of their workmanship but avoiding crowds is ideal.

I tried Toyota Balintawak North a few weeks ago for my 5K PMS. I like their service bay set-up where i can watch the car during PMS. No problem on the lines since i scheduled the PMS but what took long was waiting for the billing.

Just like at Otis (same dealer by the same person who owns Balintawak and Balintawak North), you can watch your vehicle being serviced at the quick service bay. Billing also takes forever.

Never try going to Toyota Alabang. The service is bad and my SA is useless after the sale. Ako na yung pumupunta to follow up on my insurance policy, plate, etc then ako na tumatawag for service appointment. Before kasi nagsabi ako na magpapa appointment pero pagdating ko dun I was not booked I have to wait for 4 hours. And the service, they damaged the paint on my hood and they dont want to own up their mistake. Hindi daw nila aayusin dahil di daw nila kasalanan. Now my tint is cracking up, it is just 3 months old. I am now going to try Toyota Bicutan on my 10k PMS 4 months from now.

Toyota Manila Bay for me, our company is a Toyota country and we get 1 car minimum and 2 cars maximum per month. So far sa dinami na ng nakuha namin units from them, less problem in terms of Financing and after sales service and warranties....hehehe promoted na nga yung Account manager at Service Advisor to Service Manager na humahawak sa account namin.

Its the same umbrella of companies with Toyota Dasmarinas, Toyota Cubao, Toyota Marikina, PhilCharter insurance, Orix Metro, PSBank and Metrobank. So you will be getting all your requirements under one roof.

Insurance claim is also a plus, since PhilCharter has offices in all these Toyota dealers.
