Yes we have the last of the APV SGX 1.6 AT. For a typical city driving in the Metro is 7 to 8km/l. But the APV has an impressive acceleration.

If budget is limited and you need 7 seats or a subcompact frame with extra cargo space, you'd consider a Rush but if you have a bigger working budget, an Innova is the practical choice or maybe even consider a CUV.
    Or an Ertiga as well.

    Impressive acceleration is subjective.

The badge, price, and seating capacity would still sell a lot of it though. I wish more pinoys are as informed but here we are.

It's good that Toyota didn't scrimp on safety and other features, at least the buyers would have those to comfort themselves with.

For the same dough I'd still get a pre-owned SUV (if I really need to) any day than this.

Hope he doesn't get snubbed by Toyota just because of the truth. He's one of the better (maybe the best?) reviewers we have. Not afraid to say things as they are. Haven't seen anything inaccurate with his reviews so far.

    OT.

Pero tanong ko kung paanu mo nakuha ang fc na yan sa matic na apv. Akin manual, pero paiyakan ang 6km/l, davao traffic pa yan. My computation is 4.86km/l, city driving.

"body on frame" daw yung Rush why is this BS always regurgitated by these motoring journalists, and even on this forum?

Rush is just your typical monocoque. you really think you could achieve 1140kg curb weight by having a ladder frame

He also gets some specs quoted wrong from time to time, but his take on handling, comfort, performance, value, etc. are spot on.

In retrospect I should've worded my praise for him differently.

1140kg? Am surprised such a light car is so slow. You haven't bought one by any chance?
