Good deal yan ah. Kung 700k papatak na unit price, mapag-ipunan na para A/T. A/T talaga gusto makuha para sa convenience ng pamilya (kung ako, kahit M/T ok lang) e kaso ang mahal ng A/T at Mirage at Wigo lang ang papasok sa budget (ayaw naman nila ng maliit).

kahit saang toyota dealership pwede magclaim ng warranty at mag pa pms.

i got my unit at toyota manila bay (best deal back then), PMS is usually done at Toyota Makati (near my house and office). Lower suspension arm replacement was claimed sa toyota pasong tamo (near my wife's office).

May nakapagtry na ba sa inyo gumamit ng engine oil aside from the one provided by Toyota? Balak ko ko po kasi magpalit ng Castrol Magnatec or Mobil1, both 10w40 semi synthetic oil..

Okay kaya yun extended warranty ng toyota manila bay dealers. Kasi when i got the unit they gave me a certificate na 3yrs warranty plus 2 yrs if i only do my pms to their casa owned dealers. The thing is medyo malayo samin yun... iniisip ko if worthit ba yun at totoo or sa malapit na casa na lang ko kasi baka mas makatipid pako sa gas.

Kaya ang question ko lang is paano kung masiraan sa daan, or malayong lugar? Need pa ba ipa-tow let's say from Baguio to Dasma, Cavite? Kahit for example drive belt replacement or radiator hose? Nakalimutan ko itanong sa agent nun time na i-release yun sasakyan sa sobrang excited siguro...

had all 3 generations of vios, all of which follow the 5k kms checkup.

the gen 1 is about to go through its first major repair work after 12 years (suspension). no engine or ac repairs. no warranty claim.

gen2 had its suspension work done a couple of weeks ago c/o cruven. this is after 7 years. no engine repairs no ac repair. no warranty claim.

gen3 had lower suspension arm replacement c/o toyota pasong tamo under warranty. if i have it replaced outside, around 5k lang naman suspension arms.

for the 3 cars, i do oil changes myself or gas station lang.

Nope, nakatali ka na sakanila. Reliable naman ang vios e. Sa labas mo na pa-maintain

ZIC A+ ggamitin ko na oil for my 15k PMS. Plus palit platinun spark plugs and Baldwin Oil filter. Okay na okay na.
