All New 2013 Toyota Vios (3rd Gen)

This new Vios now comes with a sealed radiator (no cap). Top up through the reservoir.

Aircon compressor is DENSO for 1.5G. Did not see the 1.3 variants.

Air intake is visible. Its around bumper level (upper side but below headlights).

With the steeper slope on the C-pillar, its harder to see through the back window.

Center console is quite narrow. Good for small water bottles only (no jugs).

Quality of the interior side panels and dashboard are quite good. Faux stitching (side panels and dash) and faux leather surface on the dash lends to this impression.

Overall its a car worth buying! (for those in the markets for compact cars).

Yes sir. Meron po. Sa may shift knob. Actually meron siyang socket pero walang lighter.

One thing I find weird is the aircon thermostat knob. Parang laruan yung tunog. But the interior panels made the cabin look a bit premium compared to the 2nd gen.

Oh my Gosh. I saw the new vios in the flesh and it's gorgeous. But stilI find the rear seating small

yep! reaally gorgeous in da flesh! ...what i dont like about the rear seats are the seatbelts and headrests... its a bit too bumby and adds some discomfort. the center console/cup holder also gets in the way/extends too much -- less leg room and more knee/shin bumps!

Share ko lang mga brother vioskies, posted on the vios thread: Mga sir mura na po ba nagpa 5k pms kasi ako sa vios ko. Nagpafully synthetic oil ako. 2.5k tapos dalhin ko daw ung tirang oil on 10k para di na ako bumili ng oil at filter and sparkplugs na lang daw po. Ok na ba tong deal na to mga paps?

i think mura na for 2.5k
ours was 2,999 - syn. oil + filter - for the 1000Kms pms. however walang tirang oil. lalagyan lang binigay. hahaha
ok lang ba to bring my own oil for the 5000?

depende sa casa. some casas will allow the customer to bring their own oil. some don't.
and most of the time, casa don't actually change oil at 1TKm. they just top it up.
kaya yung binayaran mong 5 liters, eh actually, 2 or 3 liters lang ang nagamit sa top-up. yung excess, for the boys na yun.

What's included in the 2.5K? Mukhang change oil lang ginawa at kunwari nagpalit ng oil filter, etc. etc.
What I know of fully-synthetic oil cost per liter is around Php400 from outside casa.
If you bought 5 liters from casa, the cost will be greater than Php2K.
Sa iyo ba ang oil? If sa iyo, tama lang ang Php2.5K for oil filter, etc. etc.

no sir, oil and oil filter kasama na yung 5k check up. 2.5k parang 500 pesos per liter ung TG-FS na oil and filter kasama na po. nakita ko na pinalitan eh. di din po top up ginawa kasi nakadrain ung oil niya sir tsaka reddish na oil ko ngayon yellow na ulit. heheheh.

3250 sa toyota bicutan, and initially we settled sa 3150 at Toyota Dasma and i was happy na nakadiscount pa ako up to the last minute. heheheheh kaya naging 2.5k

5K is just ok if casa will provide the oil. pero kung sa iyo ang oil, mahal na yan.
