Yup. The bigger the loan, the bigger the interest. Pero hindi sya matapatan ng TFS. kita ng TFS if ever nag avail ako is 82180 based sa lowest offer nila.

tama sir almost the same rin, tapos meron all in promo until end of the month na sobrang baba ng DP(parang pang J variant kababa) kya nde na ako ngdalawang isip na kunin ung promo dahil malaki na ung difference ng bank vs tfs.

Imho, you based on the total. Acquisition cost. Para madali makita. Kasi sa akin kahit mataas po monthly dp ko is like 37k lang tpos total acquisition cost divided by the real amount is like ~24% over 5years. Discount is already less sa dp and freebies ko is freebies talaga kahit nakakarga pa sa interest.

pa OT po.... Ano po mai-recommend nyo na brand and type of wax na pwede kong gamitin? Mine is 1.3E Brown. Wax that will hide those fine scratches (kung mayrun man), nakaka irita kasi tignan, lalo na yung mahabang scratches na di naman malalim, parang superficial lang, na napag tri-tripan ng mga taong walang magawa. Pa help naman po.
