    Pa-full tank ka ulit ng sagad, then tingnan mo kung ilan ang kinarga (say X liters) and take note of your present ODO (say Y kilometers), then Y minus 220 = N, to be divided by X; and, the quotient would be your FC

    BAD EXPERIENCE

    Had my 5K PMS at Toyota Balintawak last Staurday, before I drove the car to Tarlac.

    Got the Vios around 3PM. When I was at NLEX Balintawak already, I noticed this "annoying line" in the windshield (right in front of the driver seat). Thus, immediately upon arrival around 4:30PM, I checked this "annoying line" and found out that it is actually a "deep scratch" or a "damaged tint".

    I immediately phoned my SA but I got no answer. So I just texted him about such scratch; he replied "sorry po pero body wash at vacuum lang ginawa, di kasama interior". I tried to phone him again after he replied, but got no answer. So i texted him again and insisted na tanungin mismo yung gumawa, which he replied "sige, ill check on Monday".

    Today (Monday), I reminded him about the damaged tint. He just replied "..di daw nila pansin yung scratch sa tint, body wash at vaccuum ng carpet lang daw talaga ginawa kaya medyo malayo matamaan."

    Should I charge this to experience na lang? Nakakaasiwa lang kasi na yung scratch is right in front of the driver seat, and it keeps on reminding me. Medyo napaisip din kasi ako sa reply nila.. mas okay pa sana kung ang palusot is andon na yung tama, before pa nilinis. Basic sa carwash na linisin ang mga salamin di ba? So mapapansin nila yon dapat.

    At alam kong nilinis ang mga salamin, pati ang dashboard. Not only that its part of basic car wash, but it was obviously done nung binalik sa akin. Now, they are telling me di daw ginalaw or pinunasan man lang yung mga salamin kasama windshield.

    Will try to retrieve the videos right before ko ipasok at right after ko ilabas sa casa yung unit. Good thing meron ako dashcam.

    ^hassle. todo deny lang sila niyan, di yan aamin na kasalanan nila.

    wag na kayo magpa carwash sa casa kahit libre pa, walang alam yang mga yan kundi mag iwan ng swirl marks.

    Email ka sir sa toyota para ma escalate at hindi lang sa SA mo kasi syempre deny yun dahil baka icharge sa kanila. Maganda sana kung may evidence nga pra sure na ayusin nila

    get pictures of the damage. get a picture of the damage as well as the vehicle checklist when you brought the car in for servicing.

    write a complaint and send it go together with the pictures to Jing.Delgado*toyota.com.ph as well as to CustomerAssistance*toyota.com.ph

    they should be able to mediate between you and the dealer.

    Thanks for the inputs. Can't wait to go home and check the videos of my dashcam. Nasa work pa kasi ako at nasa bahay yung car dahil coding (AXX XXX2).. Sana di na na overwrite yung videos (particularly nung bago ko ipasok sa casa; at, nung mismong ilalabas ko na).

    The SA already offered a special discount daw should I decide na ipagawa sa kanila. Sabi ko, will check muna (videos, if still available, would be strong proof). Worry ko lang is baka na-over write na kasi naibyahe ko na from Manila to Tarlac, and vice versa. Kanina ko lang kasi naisip yung about sa videos

    Anyway, kung wala naman akong sufficient proof, wont pursue it naman (i know the consequence na sa kanila yon ichacharge). Told my SA about that nung Saturday because I was thinking na yun lang pwede ko na proof (kung aminin nila). Medyo badtrip lang dahil pinag antay pa til Monday, instead of having it verified immediately sa carwash nila nung Saturday.

    Had my tint (3M) done at Manila Bay, which charged me P8K+. This cost formed part of the insured value.
    Worst case scenario, can I claim from insurance re: tint damage?

    Sila na bahala makipagusap sa dealer pag ganon. Will just state the fact and let them handle it.
