Hi mga vios owners, worth it ba bilhin etong bagong vios? ang dami ko kasi nabasa dito sa thread na to about issues of this car. we are planning to buy 1.3 E manual by next year. naresolve na kaya yung mga issues about suspensions, blinking issues etc.. vios talaga first choice na bilhin namin, just want to know if yung issues will cause serious problem. thanks po

i would wait for a while, so's they can solve these glitches. perhaps early next year, the problems would have been solved.
why buy a product that will only irritate you, even if it runs well enough? let 'em fix it first.

Thanks sir dr. d, agree ako sa sinabi mo, i don't want to buy a product that will irritate me. Next year pa naman ang target namin para bumili, sana ma-solve na yung mga issues by then.

Tama lang ba fuel consumption ng Vios 1.3 AT ko...

City driving including moderate to heavy traffic - 9-10 kms per liter

Then last weekend tinest ko na sa Baguio, before umakyat, full tank ulit to check consumption from city to highway driving at steady 100-120kph (sa highway) - 15.++ kms per liter

Then pagkauwi ko kagabi nagcompute ulit ako ng overall consumption kasama na yung pagakyat sa Baguio at pagpasyal dun na may kasama din na mga steep roads - 12.++ kms per liter

Thanks sir dr. d, agree ako sa sinabi mo, i don't want to buy a product that will irritate me. Next year pa naman ang target namin para bumili, sana ma-solve na yung mga issues by then.

a few posters here already shared that their suspension/blinking issues have been resolved. why not inquire sa dealership if they could release a unit without those said irritating issues?

Mga kaVios, ask lang po kung anung gamit nyong floor mattings? Meron bang swak for gen3... or san po ba pwedeng magpacustomize? I'm from calamba nga po pala.

Sino na dito ang pinalitan na yung lower arm assembly? Daming ek ek ng SA ko kesyo daw wala pa daw advise sa planta. Bakit yung iba parang ang bilis lang pinalitan.

bro di ko maala kung sino na nagpapalit ng piyesa.

useless yang SA na kausap mo. dumerecho ka na sa CRO (Cutomer Relations Officer) ng casa mo, helpful sila. AFAIK they are partly from the dealer and partly from TMPI. hanapin mo, nakahiwalay yung office nila pero sa loob parin ng dealer perimeter.

I'll take note of it. Plano ko na rin lumipat ng Casa baka sa Toyota Bicutan na lang. Malapit pa sa akin. The only reason I serviced for PMS yung Vios ko sa Pasong Tamo dahil doon ko kinuha pero dahil sa ginawa nila. Lipat na lang ako ng casa or talk to CRO ng Pasong Tamo first.
