Is this the Land Cruiser Everest?

or a combination of LC200, LC300 and the LC150 Prado.

The LCs & Prados I see around are enviably more enjoyed by chauffeurs than their owners...which makes paying for petrol over diesel kinda mentally painful.[emoji16] Wonder what fraction of these are strictly owner-driven?[emoji848]

someone (here?) once computed expenses at purchasing diesel versus gasoline vehicle.
considering the purchase price, the maintenance, the fuel expenses,
    and re-selling after 5 years,
he figured, the gas vehicle puts him ahead.

whatever driving pleasure advantage one has over the other,
    is negated by his chauffeur.

I've been happy with my personal cars which are all gas fed, except the starex. Very quiet and smooth.

People who have Land Cruisers and Prados usually have drivers

They drive something more interesting if they are car enthusiasts, and the SUV is the “pangharabas”

For city folks, the tag differences between diesel & petrol variants may not be mathematically justified. But for them whose regular routes are long, remote... to places where name pumps are far between, diesel vehicles(& those w/ large or secondary tanks) will be more than desired. And those who wheel to nowhere, jerrycans are almost always a must for the petrol'd ones.

I like the old school spare tire in the rear look.

To be honest...it actually looks good. If the chinese (as they normally do) stuff it with ammenities and goodies...and IF the pricing is ala fortuner....372 hp 500 nm 4wd 7 seater, body -on-ladder chassis at that price range will absolutely rock

Twin Turbo upgrade on the 4Cyl 2.8 engine - this would be better than the V6 powerplant.

The V6 Everest might change all these speculations though LOL
