yes, gas and lowest spec'd fort g m/t diesel will most likely be in the 1.5-1.6m range. this is assuming they continue the same pricing trend with the previous fort that gas variants will be the cheapest.

P1.485m is not bad, i was expecting p1.6-1.7m for the base at model. The gas version at p1.319 is also a Crossover killer. Would the V model have the 2.8 like the hilux?

4x4 SUV models across all brands are starting to get ridiculously expensive. I think the forester would be the only 4x4 SUV under p1.5m.

Actually were planning to get an everest ambiente and at p1.485, this is worth considering.

Toyota Fortuner price to breach P2 million - Motioncars | Motioncars

Toyota Motor Philippines is set to launch the all-new Fortuner SUV on January 14.

There will reportedly be five variants:

4×4 V A/T P2,120,000

4×2 V A/T P1,755,000

4×2 G A/T P1,485,000

4×2 G M/T P1,415,000

4×2 gasoline P1,319,000

The pricing above is unofficial and may still change upon launch. Based on the Thai-spec cars, the V variants will be powered by the new 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine (177 ps and 450 Nm), while the G variants will get the 2.4-liter turbodiesel engine (150 ps and 400 Nm). The 2.4-liter packs more torque than the outgoing top-variant Fortuner (360 Nm).

that is what i was expecting with the v variant pero yung bottom 3

mag 1.5m TOTL na 2016 hyundai tucson nalang kayo, LOL.

You guys should check out the spec sheet of the rav4, you will see how bare a p1.2xxm rav4 is.

The gas version though is a shocker at p1.3m
For around the same money as a subaru xv, honda hrv, or a tucson you could get a 7 seat fortuner. If you do less than 10kms a day this is a great car.

But its probably just so they can make a headline: "All-new Fortuner starting at P1.319M"

Now, based sa unofficial SRP yung 4x2 v probably is 2.4 engine.
