For those who have actually replaced the suspension, can you share your experience. Yung harsh ride lang talaga yung main complaint ko sa Fortuner. Based sa mga nabasa ko medyo nalito ako kasi yung iba sabi naayos yung ride quality yung iba naman wala masyado effect magpalit ng suspension.

Marami nag Ridemax 4way adjustable and Bilstein B6. I think you're better off with the Ridemax 4Way.

Ridemax user here for 5mos na. Don't expect much difference from the stock nabawasan lng konting tagtag. Pinaglaruan ko pa mga adjustments nya pero same lang. If you really want a more comfort ride isama nyo po spring sa upgrade un nga lang with 2-inch lift. One compliment na lang siguro sa Ridemax is its quality mas panatag ka na hindi magli-leak agad gaya ng stock.

Thanks for the input. Based sa nakita ko may package na kasama niya Lovell springs. Would like to hear yung naka try nung combo na yun. Ano yung implications nung 2" lift?

I always opt for the higher model because I hate the feeling of having the "lower" variant when I'm next to higher one. No offense meant to G owners.
I wouldn't miss the power tailgate. The time it takes to open and close is sometimes annoying. I also almost never use the navigation. Waze does a better job.
I would miss most the DRL, the paddle shifters and the power mode. That's unless the G model is actually on full time power mode(?).

May eco/power mode button din ang G same with paddle shifter meron din sa G.

Also the power seat adjustable na nasa V variant medyo nga matagal din kaysa manual. Although maganda yung feature na ma save mo configuration ng seat per driver tama ba?

Oops... didn't know that. Is that for the new models only or were they there ever since?
The power seat adjustment is also more comfortable than having to shift your weight when you want to manually move the seat. There's no memory though... unless they added it in the latest model.

Meron na even before the quad disc brake model ng fort. Ah okay mali pala ako about sa memory. Yup mas madali nga wala ng body shifting para to adjust front and back.

Thanks for the feedback, I am a somewhat an impatient person, although relative, I feel that waiting for the tailgate to open or close does feel annoying. I did confer with my wife on this and this is a not a major selling point for us. We exercise, so sayang naman kung hindi namin ma-lift yung tailgate. hehe.

The silent alarm does bother me as well. So that is something to think about.

It is always good to buy the TOTL if you can in the model range you are eyeing at. You won't regret it. The toys that come with it are OEM unlike in the situation where you buy the lower trim model, and you keep on upgrading it just to be at par with the TOTL model...
