2016 Toyota Fortuner

Living in Dasma Cavite, I'm extremely disappointed in the b*neheads here in sales at toyota dasma cavite. My mom was purchasing a 2016 fortuner 4x2 g a/t. Srp 1.476m. Gave us a quote of 77k for insurance and additional daw 90k for accessories! Tapos a few days after sabi ng sales manager kahit 30k in accessories daw.

My mom eventually got her unit from another dealer in manila. Srp plus 36k comprehensive insurance. Insurance sa labas is 32k but 36k inhouse is acceptable na to us.

I'm just disappointed in dasma na maski new units pwede naman pala wala exorbitant mark ups.

mind you tall guys out there eto lang napansin ko, mas matataas mo or maatras ang seats ng V kesa sa G.
I found my leg position while sitting better in the V variant, I'm a leggy 5'11 guy at maselan ako sa seats.

BTW, the 6'2 guy. Wag ka mag MUX hindi telescopic yung steering wheel which will be a problem if you are tall.

Salamat din sir, mux kasi gusto ng family ko. Sinakyan ko yung mux sa showroom, kumportable naman ako sa loob pero hindi ko alam kung sa matagal akong nasa loob mahihirapan ako umupo at ituwid ang legs ko. Hindi pa ako naka punta sa toyota para tingnan ang new fortuner. Pero base sa mga sabi nyo mas napapaisip ako lalo na fortuner ang kunin namin.

consider the proper reach while nakasandal ka or driving position mo to see if a non-telescopic steering wheel is okay with you or not. :D
