Hi Leon! Kasi for me nung 1st pms ko is fully synthetic ginamit for oil yung 5w-40 ng Toyota mismo. Ano kaya next ko pms sa 5,000 pa din kaya or sa 10,000 na ako diretso? Thanks!

What did Toyota casa say?

Hanggat under warranty kasi, hostage ng casa.

Matagal na kasi ako grumadweyt sa casa - out of warranty na rig ko.

But in gneral for me -

Pag synthetic, every 10k ang change oil.

Kung mineral, every 5k.

If you're not satisfied with you current casa naman, go to another one.

Sir PeterGChan, change oil and filter lng naman and yes, I have mine change oil nung 1000kms, and they used a synthetic oil, so dapat sana 10000kms, but yung fortuner ko is low mileage kasi hatid sundo lng naman sa mga kids sa school, kaya I have it done after 8 months after my first pms, but depende po yan sa inyo, some say 1 year pwde.

Have my 2nd pms yesterday, total cost is around 6700 pesos, my dad in law brought it to the CASA bcoz I'm now abroad, they sold him an injector cleaner which I told my father in law a day before to inform me first if the CASA want to add other things aside from the oil and filters but he didn't, he just informed me after he was already at home, oh well...

Ah akala ko umabot na ng 8k kms eh. So lumalabas around p1.18/km nung 2nd pms mo sir. IMO parang medyo mataas haha.

Guys, may way ba para mag beep ang alarm kada lock at unlock ng kotse? Kasi alam ko may alarm siya, kasi pag hold press mo yung panic button sa remote mag alarm siya. Medyo hirap kasi plgi ko check ang door kung na lock siya pagka alis ko. Buti sana kung tumunog para malaman agad. Hehe. Salamat!

Pero para sa mga models yun na standard ang alarm. Siguro pag option lang siya sa ibang modelo, yung kinakabit sa kanila na 3rd party sa casa. Kadalasan may tunog kang maririnig pag 3rd party ang nakakabit.

Tsaka in case na di mo napindot yung lock ng susi, maglalock siya nang kusa after around 15-20sec. kasi ganun yung sa vios namin kaya mostly ganun din sa fortuner. Not sure lang though sa mga v variants na naka-push start na ang susi.

Need help. may naka experienced na po ba na yung head unit is na stuck sa loading ng "toyota" logo. hindi na gumagana ung radio/navigation/ settings etc.? nag try ako na i-turn off and paandarin ulet pero stucked pa rin sa toyota logo.

Agree sir, medyo mataas nga pms ko, wala tayong magagawa, kailangan kasi mag pms when the time comes.

As for the auto lock, sa akin ay V variant, di nag auto lock, kaya I need to always double check kng naka lock o hindi.

V variant owner here. I confirm sir it automatically locks after few secs & already has beep sounds as it locks/unlocks.

Yung sa akin nag hang din dati, pinabayaan ko lng, after the next morning ay nag ok na siya, bagal kasi yung avt, I'm planning to change the HU to other brand, may nag change na ba sa inyo dito?

Ibang module cguro gamit sa mga V variant kaya may beep sound everytime mag lock/unlock. Sa G kasi di ko tlga mapagana mag beep. Hehe.

Sir, I think mag splice pa rin sila ng wire, have it done sa labas ng CASA na lng, much cheaper pa.
