Nagsisira sa flow ng traffic pag nagbabakawan yung mga bus sa loob ng bay so nagkakapila sa labas yung mga susunod na bus.

ok talaga ang SM. kaya dapat people shouldn't be too quick to bash SM. in my opinion, kaya marami tumitira sa SM in terms of hiring employees etc. is not bec. really dun sa issue na yun at yun the usual crab mentality creeping into people dahil sikat si SM

let's take for example, SM Taytay. when SM Tatay was being constructed, SM and Tatay local govt. made it sure na expand na kaagad ang highway which was before only a one lane per side highway.

sa SM ko lang nakita na may care/concern sila sa mga dinedevelop nila and the surrounding communities.

di katulad ni Ayala Malls, pag labas na sa kanila, ni kahit ilawan lang man sana yun c5 area ng market market or even edsa side ng Ayala center pag late in the evening, sana man lang sagutin nila, para naman maging safe sa mga tao na patrons din ng mall nila

in the Fort area, tignan nyo ang structure, yun galing Ayala Makati mayroon silang sarili skyway/overpass from buendia to Fort pero pag tayo mga galing sa QC or Ortigas talagang ang way to the Fort area is to u-turn under the buendia flyover.

ni hindi man lang nila maisip maglagay ng overpass from north to the Fort area. swapang ang mga tiga-makati gusto nila sila lang madali makapunta sa fort area which is btw, mostly developed by Ayala

buti pa si Rockwell, nagtayo ng overpass from south to Rockwell Powerplant Mall

    ---

kaya good news tlaga if SM will buy the majority of shares of Greenhills and Ortigas center, gaganda siguro serbisyo and infrastructure dito sa'min. grabe yan mga kastilaloy na yan (araneta (cubao), ortigas, ayala), kahit hanggang ngaun yun mga respective turfs nila hindi pa din ganun ka-friendly sa ating mga Pilipino na pinakakaparehan naman nila. buti pa si SM, she knows how to reciprocate. and that's why maganda ang blessings nya

kunsabagay SM's Sy is like the elite people nightmare, hindi tapos, hindi aral vs. sa mga gradweyts ng mga kastila na ito na usually from top schools here and aborad pero he's making a dent in the Phil. business scene.

ang isa pa binabantayan ko si Andrew Tan, isa din ito galing sa hirap pero grabe i checked his wiki: he's ranking 4th na with his Mcdonalds and of course, Megaworld.

i wish we have more people/tycoons like these and get rid of these hundreds and hundreds of years old masters natin, who still wish we are indios and uneducated para pagkaparehan

sa parking setup na lang mga ayala malls, talaga lilituhin or ililigaw ka, yan ang personality nila, guluhin ka / i-mind clutter ka, para pag lito ka, more pera/peso. di katulad ni SM, ngaun malaman sa pamamagitan ng ilaw (green / red) kung vacant ang parking lot even from afar. i've been to Europe and I really saw how these Europeans take advantage of us. imagine OLD is exquisite therefore expensive. san ka naman nakakita ng sobrang lumang bldgs. and arts, pero you have to spend a life's saving /fortune just to get there.
and even if you're spending, they still look at you as if you're just lowly race.

though I believe Andrew Tan spent a great deal of time siguro sa Venice that's why ang mga real estate nya either Venice or Florence inspired. pero buti na lang, parang iba ang puso nya. may moral concern sa atin masa

don't be too quick to patronise any of the big cheese. it's all about profit sustainabiity underneath all that traffic/accesibility planning by major developers. don't take it to heart it's just big business for the man at the penthouse. think lab mice being ushered in through a complicated maze. we're the mice pit against less than a 100 malls, no contest. these tycoons will jump at a chance to buy/rent a portion of edsa for property expansion, or worse, occupy the empty space over edsa with a long overhang like a part of highway 54 goes through a mall kinda thingy. they'll manage the traffic lights/ directional signage/ ads etc themselves. preposterous, but hey who wouldn't for a buck, right?

Last Tuesday night, the whole EDSA was clear since everyone have gone home because of the heavy downpour. EXCEPT for this STUPID Bus bay and the USELESS SM GUARDS, who allowed these IDIOT BUS DRIVERS to pile into the bay, closing EDSA into a two lane road. WALANG MMDA in sight, which I doubt would have improved the situation...
