    * oli -- there's one way to somehow beat the rising gas pump price: start practicing hypermiling or ecodriving

^ Di ko pa nasubukan yung shoeless but I changed my driving habit significantly this year by driving between 30-50 kph when in the city, accelerating and de-accelerating slowly, etc

I think I improved my fuel efficiency by at least 30%. And I plan to practice more from the tips.

Especially since the instability in the Middle East might drag on for a few more weeks/months...

Its very alarming actually for the opec to hit an all time high of 111$. I cant and i dont want to imagine what will happen next. This is nightmare.

1 peso is the least increase for next week. Brace yourselves.

Shell increased 1.25 pesos as of tuesday midnight... estimation was around 2pesos per liter.. knowing the fuel stations.. they increase faster than to decrease prices..

did they defer the increase this week kaya? instead of the full 2pesos.. ginawa nilang 1.25 muna? tapos yung .75 centavos eh next week na lang nila idadagdag???

At least with lots of gasoline stations going back to non-E10 gasoline, your fuel mileage will improve by 5 to 10 percent.
