dito sa may imelda avenue, malapit sa sta lucia mall .. yung petron malapit sa village namin for some reason is always a peso or 2 cheaper compared to kung ano yung current rate ng gas sa labas.

dahil kasi cainta/rizal jurisdiction sya - hula ko lang. pero ang dami nagpapagas dito lagi bago tumama covid, haba ng pila everytime.

I'm seriously starting to think that following fuel prices is now more stress than it's worth.

P1.20 increase in gasoline tomorrow. In practice that's going make my fill-up cost P50 more, which is just parking for three hours or 1/4 of a venti frappuccino. Rather than stress about the expense I can make one less stop on the way home, or tambay someplace with free parking and it offsets the effect of the price increase for a whole month (my fill-up frequency since pandemic began).

I'm wondering what the price threshold is that would make people stop using their cars time time around.

When it got really bad in '07-'08 I remember the streets had noticeably less traffic coz people seriously started car pooling, or taking "motors"/bikes to work instead of their cars.

Walang kwenta naghahabol ng mababang price ng fuel. Si Kags lang ginawang career yan.

Sayang oras, magkano lang ba natitipid mo sa typical na full tank ng sedan? ₱40-₱50?

Kung 1x a week ka nagpa full tank negligible yun increases. Hinde mo naman siguro sinasaad na empty na yun tank before magpa karga.

pag may announcement ng increase i'd gas up on sunday or monday

pag may rollback i'd gas up after tuesday

Once a year lang ako nagpapagas sa Perron, kasi masipag sila bumati kapag kaarawan [emoji28]
All other days, sa Felix Ave, Cainta (Boss, RePhil, Petro Gazz) ako nagpapagas, last week nasa P52.65 ang 91 RON. Also, from Clean Fuel para sa auto LPG.

Nag pa gas ako kanina sa Petron Edsa Connecticut. Wasn’t paying attention at the prices, but P67 for the unleaded!!!!

Bilib din ako kay RSA even the idea of removing taxes from fuel he wasn't in favor of, despite the fact that it would fix Petron's problems and put them level with the smugglers (after all no tax = no advantage for smuggling).

He knew that the government would lose another important source of revenue if this was implemented kasi, added to the fact that we need that revenue now more than ever being in the midst of a pandemic.
