Sold my zuk vit to my sister, guess what I replaced it with. . . . . A Grand Vitara! I still see my old vit once a week and check on how its doing. Anyway, I still plan to acquire an old vit should finances and circumstances (meaning should my wife approve hehehe) permit.

mga boss how much would it cost me to replace the release bearing, maingay kasi pag tinatapakan ang clutch?

When you replace the release bearing, you should also release the pilot bearing, clutch disk and release plate. Para isang trabaho na lang. Total cost for me before was around P12k - parts and labor, estimated time for completion is 2 days.

saan po ba makakabili ng surplus dasboard ng vitara and other parts?
may tama na kasi dasboard ko, or may gumagawa ba nito para gumanda ulit. pati yung center console wala sa allignment,
pls help, gusto kung umayos ulit vitara ko.

yung buong dashboard? medyo mahirap humanap. cracked ba o gasgas lang? baka pwede kay seatmate sa mandaluyong.

maybe you can post a picture of the dashboard

kung maliit lang baka pwede singitan ng epoxy then airbrush with matching color. sa mga gasgas kasi since plastic sya wala na magawa kundi repaint, and for sure iba na itsura nyan lalabas

nakalowered kasi, so matagtag, gusto ko sana ibalik sa dati nyang taas,
available ba sa mga surplus shop yung shock assembly nya or may replacement ba na mabibili? ask ako bandang south pero walang mabili.

ask seatmate in mandaluyong if they can repaint the dash.

original shcoks lang alam ko meron sa olympia and links sa banawe. last time i asked nasa almost 6k each. as for the rear meron naman KYB. 800 each. kung lowered baka pinutol spring dati you might need new springs.

you can have your front shocks refilled by Zee. they did a good job on my shocks. 3 years already and still no problems. think it was 1200 each.

guys, im on the lookout for a ~2001 grand vitara 4x4 2.0L. appreciate getting feedback on the following:

a. fair market price (sariwang condition) =
b. offroad performance (w/ locking differential)=
c. w/subframe or unibody=
d. average fuel consumption (mixed/hiway)=
e. how to perform basic test that 4x4 is working? (on a limited driiving range/area)=
f. are there any other variants/trims for the 2001 vitaras?

*currently, my ride is a gen1 crv rt4wd. i am happy with it, but would like to try a more reliable mini-suv w/ 4x4
