    back in the day, we would clean and re-gap them, until they would be too worn to use.
    agree sir! had a parents hand down 96 gxl lite ace before, pag silip ng plugs, liha lang then minsan pa init sa stove sa suki talyer hehehe..

    we would use metal toothbrush + flat file or liha + gapping tool.
    and the requisite concrete wall, where we pukpok the spark plug electrodes to adjust the gap.
    we had a spark plug cleaner device, but it didn't work as well as our metal brush.
    heh heh.
