Hi, long-time lurker here - just to share some information that might be useful.

Had the 3rd PMS of the Ertiga GLX A/T 10K Kms. Total cost was Php5,300 includes 4L of Suzuki-approved TOTAL-made mineral oil, 4 pcs regular NGK spark plugs, oil filter and "all-around" check-up and cleaning i.e. underchassis, tierods, brake cleaning etc... took nearly 6 hrs. I have a dashboard camera that recorded the whole PMS unknown to the service crew since they forgot to remove the key from the ignition - it's an add-on unit made by Transcend DrivePro 220.

Cost is much more expensive than Honda's (we use to have the older Jazz) - Php5,500 / 10K kms / six months compared to Suzuki's every 5K kms PMS. They require replacement of spark plugs every 10K Kms. Better get the Iridium-type * Php600+ each that lasts 100K Kms before replacement. Nearly similar cost to the PMS of a 2014 Altis 1.6V. Service center is E. Rodriguez / Wheels.

Sir sa akin almost 6k from Suzuki Kalookan. Medyo di ko nga lang nagustuhan kasi according sa manual it's only 3.1L sa langis. Di ko nakuha yung .9L kasi sabi drum na daw ang langis nila. Next time gawin ko bibili na lang ako ng langis sa kanila para naka plastic bottle. Change air filter and aircon filter din. Yung sa Honda City ko before every 10k din ang PMS pero fully synthetic ang gamit. I read here in tsikot (oil engine thread) na pag madalas malayo ang biyahe mo recommended is fully synthetic talaga, pero kung malapitan lang mas ok ang ordinary/mineral oil lang.

Sa spark plug naman stock lang ako kasi di naman ako nagre-racing-racing eh... although parang mas mura nga kung Iridium type... pero di kaya lumakas naman consumption sa gasolina natin?

Oh ok. I remember noon na gl manual ang kukunin din namin, ayaw ibigay yung central lock alarm and 3m tint. After a month, sa glx AT na kami nag haggle. Anyway baka mas maliit mark-up nila sa gl manual (hula lang) kaya bawas discount in exchange of freebies.

Sa discount and freebies magkakaiba talaga yan kada dealer kasi magkakaiba mga owner. So, kanya kanyang diskarte sila sa marketing.

Regardless of how much discount and what freebies you get ang importante satisfied at masaya ka pakuha mo ng unit. Added value din na kasundo mo yon mga staff and crew pati manager where you got your unit kasi mas okay na meron continuity yon mula sa pagbili mo up to PMS.

Sir meron talaga usual na 'regular coat' ang ilalim ng lahat ng sasakyan. Iba pa yon tinatawag na 'undercoat', option ito ng owner kung gusto mapalagay.

It's a 'black paint' na nilalagay as undercoat para pampakapal sa ilalim. Kumbaga sa pintura ng bahay eh ito yon Elastomeric paint (waterproofing) na nagsisilbing added protection sa ilalim ng sasakyan.

Sa Carmona/GMA mas mura ng 3-4 pesos compared dito sa amin sa Tanauan Batangas na P47.20 ang unleaded(Big 3 and Total) ngayon

On the day of release ng unit, mag issue ang dealer ng Vehicle Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt. Kasama din ibibigay yon owners manual, warranty booklet, tools set and accessories.

Then meron demo & orientation sa engine at sa loob ng sasakyan. You can ask questions at sabihin yon mga concerns mo sir.

Sa fuel load, bibigyan ka ng pang-gas ng dealer which I think equivalent sa distance ng residence mo sir.

Oh i see. Bata pa kasi ako the last time na bumili family ko kotse. Hindi ko maalala procedure. Ang naalala ko lang sa plastic bag ng mcdonalds nilagay ng nanay ko yung pera pang downpayment para daw kunwari nag take out lang kami. Hehe

Anyway sana mabilis lang mag release. During test drive namin sa commonwealth, maiinit na ulo ng isang client kasi ang tagal mag release ng agent. Parang walang demo nga. Wala yata yung pipirma ng docs kasi ikot ng ikot yung agent na parang hinahanap nya boss nya. Salamat Sa pagsagot teeger!!
