Suzuki Alto as Taxi ??

any feedbacks baka may maka alto as taxi sa inyo, update naman ng performance and processes na ginawa para maging taxi, gusto ko rin kumuha nito

so far isang white Alto palang naman ang nakikita kong naging taxi.

practical na maging taxi ito dahil fuel efficient, yun lang papaano kung 4 adults ang isasakay mo. Masikip tapos wala nang lagayan ng baggage tapos kapag paakyat, usad pagong kayo hehe.

Hindi ginawa ang Alto para maging taxi talaga, that is why andyan ang Vios.

Actually we have in common. Unfortunately I asked the LTFRB they are not allowing Alto, Getz, as a taxi ... I'll asked again maybe tomorrow kasi sabi ng agent ng suzuki na kausap ko na nag paapprove ng car loan pwede daw.

I'm thinking on Vios or Nissan kaso same tayo ng concern not enough budget.

there is 1 taxi franchise, madaming Suzuki Alto ang kinuha para gawing taxi, too bad nakalimutan ko na yung name nung taxi.

personally , i might consider Alto as a taxi...

1. FC is superb
2. aircon is the best ( which i think, passengers will like)
3. reliable..based on experience
4. not all passenger comes in a group of 5 most of them only 1-4.
5. speed is not an issue since your market will be metro manila.

and also i will not be shy if our beloved alto will become taxi's in the near future, because it means that our car is very reliable.

Never ridden an Alto but from the looks of it that thing is too small.

I prefer taxis which have big passenger area/seats (kahit Toyota Bigbody na Corolla mainam kung malinis) and comfortable to ride in.

So far the Altis, Avanza, Vios and Nissan Sentra make very good taxis.

Alto is good enough for 1-3 passengers. Hindi naman siguro ba-byahe ng Manila - Laguna diba hehe.

Thank's ha? Cguro lang hindi lang updated yung mga LTFRB kaya ganun..Kmusta naman yung spare parts may makukuhaan ba? kasi baka napaka mahal dahil ilan pa lang ang alto...magkano naman ang monthly maintenance?

I have started a thread here in "Suzuki" too where you can find parts of Alto aside from casa. Prices would be cheaper. I know someone who changed his whole clutch assembly for only 9k (oem parts and serviced in casa).

wear and tear will be abundant though (I assume) since Alto have small parts.

im planning also to buy alto to make it taxi kaya lang dina pala bigay LTFRB francise sa ganitong kotse...pero sabi sakin nun taxi driver pwede daw yun lumang taxi ilipat un francise sa alto...may nakikita nga ako dito sa makati....matipigd kasi sa gas..any advice po?
