At least Ertiga, is the best selling Suzuki as you may have notice on the street, and mine is still okay after almost 3 years. Never heard any bad report on FB Ertiga club either.

My friend bought a Ciaz because he test drove my Ertiga when it was barely a week with me. He owns a Honda City previously and was scouting for a new sedan then. He was impressed with the light, car like to drive feel. Not too pricey na din.

Bago pa lang Celerio CVT ko (April 2018) Above average ang ODO reading ko kase malayuan biyahe ko (500km weekly). After 10 months 26,000km+ Marami magsasabi sa akin matibay daw Suzuki. So far HU ang masira (under warranty pa naman). Yng wiper pinalitan ko na kase parang di na pino ang hagod. Regularly maintained sa casa.

i don't own one.
but when i rode inside one, i found it cramped inside.
the new model is better, space-wise.
an auto journalist did mention the new model's AT quirks.
Marami na ngayong Suzuki parts available sa shopee coming from Indonesia, and also some Ertiga parts are interchangeable with other cars.

2016 Ciaz owner. 90k ODO.
Nagpalit nako ng mga basic wear and tear saka fan motor at crankshaft pulley.
Pinaka problema ko ngayon yung driveshaft/velocity joint. Need ko palitan left and right kaso 46k each ang presyo
