July 9th, 2004 06:54 PM #181What I like about my Vitara is that it's FUN to drive.
What I don't like? It got confiscated by my wife -- gusto nya siya na lang gamit palagi.

We have a 1995 Vitara 4wd and automatic tranny... I drive it pag coding sasakyan ko here are my thoughts:
- I don't like the acceleration medyo bitin, di ko lang alam sa manual tranny.
- The aircon seems adequate, but before we got it fixed it doesnt seem to cool when stopped only when moving (do you guys have this problem?).
- I hate the sidemirrors I find it small for this kind of car, sana lakehan nila.
Overall this has been a reliable car for us for almost a decade, no major problems (knock on wood). Regarding fuel economy, it gives us a good 7-8kms/liter. Not bad for me.

Check out the "Vitara owners: What do you like best and despise about your Vitara? " thread. Maybe it might help.
What is it that you really want? Do you want to enjoy the outdoors and go trailing? Or are you the business/executive type that meets clients? If your answer to the first question is yes, then you should consider the Vitara. Pero kung yes ka sa second question, better ang MB.
Sedans are good but I've moved on from that category already. I want a vehicle that could take me anywhere I want to go. Where the road ends, life begins, ika nga. Hehehe.
