    Relay ko lang very recent experience ko sa Suzuki East Ave.

    Service obtained: 1k PMS
    Service advisor: BG
    Reservation: Same day
    Quotation: 2,196.00 (Free service, 10% discount on oil filter and washer)
    Actual cost: 2,196.00
    Coverage:
    - Standard 1k PMS checks
    - Oil change (4 liters of regular Suzuki oil; manual requires 3.1)
    - Oil filter replacement
    - Drain plug washer replacement
    - Penetrating oil for joints, etc.
    - Engine flushing
    - Shop supplies
    Total time: Around 4 hours, including lunch break; started at 10:30-2:30
    Service area: Off limits, but some bays are visible from the lounge; very clean
    Lounge facilities: AC, instant coffee, TV, internet, toilets
    Staff courtesy: Very courteous
    Other comments:
    I asked them to check fuel smell in my lube oil. They ran computer diagnostics and found everything to be normal. They said they compared the smell to other Swifts and believe it's normal -- that combustion is never perfect. I don't think they actually checked the spark plugs, which I asked them to do.

    They did a light wash and cleanup of the car which I really liked. They did not offer to give me the extra lube oil, but I already decided I don't really care for it since it was just regular oil.

    Sir ok naman Suzuki Auto East Ave... Baka nakalimutan lang nila to give you, but if you want they would give it to you. Pati nga used oil pwede nila ibigay sayo kung kailangan mo. Magandang anti-anay sa mga kahoy ang used oil

    Hmm mahal pala sa East Ave. The second most expensive that I've heard about here and in other forums -- top spot goes to Manila Bay, P2.8k for the first PMS.

    PMS:
    1k = ~P1.2k, Pasig
    5k = ~P1.2k, Pasig
    10k = P4.8k (regular oil, no additives), East Ave.

    Body repair:
    Fist-sized dent sa rear door and paint touch-ups sa bumper = 5.8k (4.3k per panel), Pasig

    ang gusto ko East Ave. wala masyadong tao nung nagpaservice ako ng Sat. Maganda at bago pa yung customer lounge. Sa Pasig naman malapit lang sana sa ofc. Medyo malayo yung bagong Pasig casa at managed by Etna Motors so baka mas mahal.

    Etna din yung sa Commonwealth, pero not sure how good they are. I actually bought my unit there. They quoted 1900+ yung 1k PMS for me, pero baka mas mura yung actual cost.

    Sir, may kasama din bang Engine Flushing and Pen Oil yung 1k na PMS mo? That part cost me mga 500, so baka yun yung nakamahal.
