Maybe yung issue ng in house, cash, bank ay hindi para kay suzuki.. Sabihin na natin si suzuki e hindi kasing dami ang release na unit ng ibang big brand sa pinas..

ouch! in my case the money saved on dp vs. higher dp of bank financed is being used for my business. 60k i saved on dp is earning 5k monthly at the least and is more than enough to compensate for the 1.5-2k difference between in house vs bank financed monthly amort. only an idiot would pass that oppurtunity.

Thats my point to my wife. Pag isipan ang laon, kasi pwd pa namin pa ikutin ang pera para yung kita noon e pang bayad na lang sa car at hindi pa nawala ang pera niya..
thats the reason some businessman dont buy cash, they think there money earn more than monthly of the iten..

^philsat tama ang wife mo. as early as march last year pwede na akong kumuha ng bagong auto via loan. pero mababawasan yung capital ko. hence i waited a few months para maging "free" ang downpayment ko. which is technically kita nung business, lumaki pa ulit yung capital ko dahil na delay ang purchase kakaintay ng swift 1.2l stocks. swerte ka dahil maraming stocks na ng 1.2l unlike last year na halos makiusap ka sa dealer para ipriority.

Kaya naman niyang e cash e hulugan pa gusto. Sabi ko nga nakaka hiya ma pera ka pa sa may ari e gusto mo pa hulugan. Then nung nag business na ako e doon ko na siya naintindihan. Hehe..

Normally free ang insurance for first year. Kung NO DP yung sasakyan nya, swerete nya. Otherwise...
