Mas madali mo ma claim ang warranty if ever may papalitan.
Hindi affected ang monthly ng inflation rate.
Bank will push you na kumuha ng insurance nila even mahal.

How much interest sa Maybank and for how many years term? When did you take your loan?
BTT, the Swift 1.2 competes well with Mitsu G4, am choosing between the two.

This guy might be a troll. Or maybe he's OB reincarnate?
Banks usually give dealers 0.6-0.8% commission. Only an idiot will get in house loan if there's bank loan available. Pay in cash if you want the best deal.

Agree, if one is qualified with a bank loan he should not avail of the in house in order to save.
Nothing against in house takers but here are some reasons I can think of why someone would prefer it over a bank loan.
1. Lower down payment - some units are offered with less than 10% DP all in while bank loans require at least 20%. As we all know a lower DP translates to a higher monthly amortization.
2. Preferential in unit allocation of a model with limited supply. Case point is the Ranger Wildtrak and MU-X.
3. Easier requirements - banks generally have lower risk tolerance and therefore more requirements.
4. Casa freebies (gadgets, accessories, PMS) - although in reality the total cost of these accessories is smaller that what could have been saved if a bank loan was taken.
5. Ignorance and/or Laziness in computing actual savings.
