Lvc is by far the lowest price giver, dami ko na din napagtanungan around banawe, thru phone inquiries and pag napadaan. I ended up buying kay lvc.

Usually kyb's are now made in indonesia, was on the hunt for made in japan, wala na ako makita... Well thats for my honda civic baka sa isuzu meron pa.

Thanks boss. btw, how would you know na gawa sa indonesia? natanong mo ba sa seller? kasi nagtanong ako last time, thru phone, sabi nila KYB is Japan daw.. di ko lang maalala if it was japan-made, or japan-brand yung pagkakasabi.. hehe

nag tanong ako sa LVC, ang mga KYB daw 3 na klase, meron malaysia/thailand/japan.. mostly daw sa toyota fort or innov thailand-made na KYB gamit.. totoo ba yun?

Well, I somehow believe that most fort at innova pati nga honda sedans KYB na shocks ang gamit. Since KYB is the manufacturer of most shocks ng jap cars.

Parang tiger leaf spring for jeepneys and SUVs ng Pinas

I admire them for giving quality products to end users.

Oh that i hope sir. I drive a 2000 yr civic as everyday car. Oem shocks (showa, made in japan) lasted for 7 years since i had the car lowered. In 2007, Replace those with Tokico, made in japan, front right shock leaked jan 2013, so lasted for 6 years and no problems for the rear. Im still using the 6 yr old tokico rear shocks while i replaced the fronts with kyb, made in malaysia just this feb 2013.

Tinanong ako ng mekaniko, gano katagal na yung shocks told him 6 yrs na, sagot niya sulit na sulit na yun sir, usually 3 years lang yang mga yan.

Di ko pa rin masagot kung tatagal ba, i hope.

Mga sir, I have an EE90 with a glug-glug-glug sound on what feels like the front right side. Naririnig ko lang sya pag nalulubak ng palalim (potholes, cracks on the road) pero wala naman pag mga undulation lang sa daan, like change from concrete to asphalt or vice versa. Is this a shock problem? bounce test is in conclusive although sa front left, stiffer nga than the front right. What happens is when I do a bounce test is that the thing seems to rock side to side rather than up and down.

    Your thoughts?

Check shock mounts, stab links and bushings. Libre lang pa estimate sa servitek and parts for corolla is supercheap.
