ps rack repair kit is different from the ps pump kit.

ewan ko lang kung pwede sa inyo to, same prob rin nangyari sakin, tumatagas ps ko. medyo malakas, nirecommend ng officemate ko na try ko yung cyclo power streering stop leak bago ko ipagawa, ewan ko lang, matapos kong maka ubos ng 2 bote, wala na rin yung tagas. 2 month ago pa yun, di still wala na tagas akong nakikita.

those stop leak products tend to be just patch up solutions and not permanent ones.

True. I tried the Stop Leak product from Cyclo but it didn't help. I also tried the Pump Repair kit, wala pa rin. I ended up replacing PS Pump Shaft. BTW, whenever you open (baklas) the pump, you need to replace all the o-rings and oil seals according to manual. When we pulled out the shaft, we had to replace the oil seal and a few o-rings.

brus advice naman.

1. magkano kaya itong rack repair kit at anu anong ang mga kasama sa kit na ito?

2. paano malalaman kung OEM? ok na siguro gumastos ng mas malaki sa OEM basta ndi agad masisira.

3. san maganda bumili ng rack repair kit? galing ako laguna so ok sana kung meron sa pasay kasi mas familiar ako dun.

papaayos ko na kasi yung leak ng power steering (dun sa may rack and pinion) and gusto ko sana may idea kung magkano ang gagastusin.

civic esi (93) yung kotse.

Sakto to ah...Yung exsior ni misis may tagas din pina estimate ko last week, palit repair kit ng PS at rack and pinion pati oil pump, ang estimate P10k kasi dapat daw orig...Sabi ng barkada ko sa casa ko nalang daw dalhin kasi maselan daw to? tama po ba?

hmmm....magkano kaya ito sa kasa??? malapit lang honda sa amin.....

kung PS pump kaya siya ng mekaniko the same with the rack and pinion part (valve body??). problema lang is merong special tool ata pangtanggal ng isang malaking nut. nway, i am trusting my mekaniko on this.

labor P3000 (sa suking mekaniko eto)

this is for toyota corona exsaloon. hth.
