    Good day Tsikoteers!

I have a problem with the front suspension of my '99 Mitsubishi Spacewagon. The rainy season has started and so with the irritating squeaking sounds coming from my car. I had it checked by all the mechanics I know here in our town but to no avail.

Ball joints replaced. Lubricants sprayed all over. Brake pads replaced.

Please, I need your expert advices before I go into the ditch of useless spending.

    Thanks in advance!

You need to be a lot more descriptive instead of just saying "noisy". How can you reproduce it? Is it continuous noise? Does it happen during acceleration, deceleration, braking, or anytime the vehicle is in motion?

I hope you get the picture...Details.

Anytime the car is in motion especially when the road is bumpy. The noise is "squeaky". No metal to metal noise or "kalampag".

What if the noise only occurs during braking or turning? Checked all the supports and it looks fine. Cannot find other reason why I have that "tok" sound on my car.

I may be stupid, but I am not a fool.

if the tok sound is heard during turning, CV joints. baka butas na yung CV boots mo and pinapasukan ng tubig o moisture.

Thanks..

Encountered some thug and clug sound in my old sentra before checked all suspension ok naman yun pala yung cross member ang may problema may pinalitan lang na screw at washer konting higpit ayun ok na. You may want to check that part of your car as well.

yes, yung cv boots eh yung goma... kung punit na yan, malaki ang chance na may moisture o basa na yung cv joints.
ang cv joints eh puro bearing and puro grasa. pag nabasa, kakalawangin yung bearings... dun nagkakaproblema.
CV failure is recognized by toks.... hindi squeaks.... pag squeaks, nasa ibang joints yan, so kailangan mo pa din ipagawa, at the same time, replace your cv boots and have your cv joints greased, kung ok pa sya.

in addition to that pede din pumasok buhangin at iba pang dumi sa daan sisiksik sa pagitan ng bearings na mas mabilis makasira ng cv joint.

If it had been raining recently, check the under carriage for evidence of rust stains, this usually indicate looseness of parts or wear that causes this noise

Most probably you have worn out bushing. Have it replaced. Tbe bushing itself is cheap but the pressing of the new bushing into the housing is very very expensive. I recently paid 1,100 for 8 bushing presses which took 20 kinjtes to finish.

Rack end or tie rod. Most probably rack end. I recently have our replaced in our old civic. Yun explain ng mekaniko. Yung tie rod end ok pa daw. Better to ask your mechanic to show you why it needs to be replaced. My mechanic showed me worn out bushing and rack end with too much play already. My cv joint was replaced probably because he does not want to repack it hahaha. Replaced it after 10 years I think.

Probably CV joints nga ang problema. Nakita ko na yung rubber, acting as protector eh natanggal yung pagkaka clip. How sad!
Nilagyan ko na lang pansamantagal ng DW40.

sir di ba yung wd40 di nag-aatract ng moisture,? kasi doon kinuha yung name WD40, water displacement 40th attempt, ang isang disadvantage nya pag lubrication mo ginamit madaling mawala, more on penetrating oils ang gamit nya.

Pa-repack na lang ng joint, unless it's already badly contaminated with grits and whatnot. Replace na kung ganun.
