EDIT:
KYB Gas type shock absorber sa likod.
Leaf springs is stock.

Pag worn out na yung gas shocks mo,
if pinangkakarga mo adventure mo, might as well hayaan mo gas shocks,
kung more of a people carrier lang, pwede mo ipalit dyan fluid, for a
bit of a softer ride.
2 years old palang kasi shock absorber ko sa likod.
i doubt kung talagang may problema na yung shocks mo kung 2 years pa lang yan. and kung wala namang langitngit, no need to replace your bushings and joints.
it is the structure of the suspension for auv's like adventures, crosswinds as well as pickups are designed to carry heavy loads so that kung tao lang ang sakay o dalawa lang ang sakay, talagang matagtag yan.
what you can do is kung it disturbes you is to put enough weight sa likod..... try puting in two sacks of sand kung ikaw lang ang o dalawang tao lang ang sakay.... sure ako, it will minimize the tagtag.
Or you can try taking out a leaf spring. Ilan piraso ba leaf springs per side? I would recommend taking out the third spring (from the top).
Then test drive.
Adjust your tire pressure. The specs tell you how much pressure in proportion to the load. Gas charged or regular shocks difference is only the shock absorber fade factor when the oil inside gets hotter.

Just look the C5 galaxy, the biggest aircraft still in use in North America, the tire pressure can be adjusted while in flight to suit the type of air strip where it is going to land or the amount of gross weight combination of passengers, cargo and the equipment

Your leaf springs assembly is variable rate . The leaves vary in length and thickness and therefore vary in capacity. They were already designed to automatically adjust to load weight. It is now your tires and/or your seats that make you feel the harsh ride
