If the rim is not cracked or the chip is not deep, then it's fine. The bead of the tire is well inside the lip.

40 psi is fine. It will feel very stiff, depending on your tires, but it's fine. With such wide tires, though, you might find the steering twitching and following ruts much more at those pressures.

Hi Niky, thanks for your reply. What do you mean by fine? Is it just at the middle or is it a little bit high or low?
