    anybody diy'ers who knows how to remove an airbag equipped steering wheel to be able to re-cover the wheel with leather?

    una sa lahat alisin mo muna ang battery.. from there, remove it like how you remove an unequipped steering wheel. just be careful lang baka may ma-trip ka wire/ connector.. better yet, as a pro do it for you...

    just wait 2 minutes or more after battery disconnect before working on the airbag (para madischarge muna ang capacitor ng airbag).

    first disconnect the battery, then turn the ignition switch on, with the ign switch on, apply the brakes a couple of times (this will dissipate the charge of the SRS capacitor). ground yourself to the car using a wire, metallic strap or any conductor attached to your body (this will dissipate static electricity that may accidentally deploy the air bag) and proceed removing the steering wheel. reinstallation requires the same grounding procedure
