How much cargo? What weight,
Stiffer springs wont automatically increase cargo capacity as it is limited by the gross vehicle weight rating minus the curb weight of the van. Factors that dictate this rating are the capacity of the engine, transmission, chassis, etc. not just the suspension alone.
If you just want it to sit level when loaded, put in some rear coil spacers and those coil spring dampers. Still easier than ripping out the van's suspension.

12 seater po sya..pero tinatanggal ko yung upuan para makapag karga ako ng mga deliveries ko..worst na naikarga ko minsan 10 sacks of rice..at kapag may upuan eh 16 na mga teenager.. tapos para na syang eroplano na tume-take off ;-) nakita ko lang yung idea sa mga urvan kase naka leaf spring sila tapos diba meron pa silang 21 seater.. wala kase akong alam sa sasakyan kaya naitanung ko dito kung posible..thanks

Check niyo po ang gross vehicle weight rating ng pregio, often nasa owner's manual siya or engine compartment. Do not exceed that. Pwede naman maglagay sa ng coil spacer para hindi dumapa. Less than 500 ea ang bili ko po sa banawe dati.

sir kilala ako ang ginawa nya sa mb 100 nya ....
cut nya yung ibabaw ng shock ng elf then pinalitan ng de tornilyo magkasinghaba kasi ang shock ng elf at mb100....
sa part naman ng pregio pwede syang maghanap ng shock na kasinghaba ng pregio pero pang truck or pang elf na shock... then kung iba ang kabitan cut then spot nalang nya ulit.....

agree ako kay choc nut. aside from the spring's capacity, there are other factors to consider. abuse your van and it might just bite back... during its ascent up a bridge incline, during the downward slalom, etc. my suggestion is, if you need a heavier capacity vehicle, the get another vehicle, like a heavy duty pick up or delivery van.. the van's springs might hold up, but your chassis might fold in two, your brakes might not be able to stop the heavy van, your engine might spring a head hernia..
dont worry lagi ako nasa slow lane kaya imposble ka mag tailgate..mabagal lang po ako magdrive ;-)

Kailangan pa ng curb weight para mai-minus sa gross weight ng makuha ang capacity.
Initially, around 900kg lang capacity nyan.
Yung karga mong sampung sako nasa 500kg na, plus 16 na teens na round 45kg each kaya nasa 720kg.
Finally, overloaded ka na ng around 200kg plus driver pa.
Yup.
If you regularly meet or exceed the maximum rated payload, you'll be needing stronger shocks, stiffer coils (probably should add "helper" coils, if there's space in the mount), and you should possibly look at upgrading the rear hubs before you break a wheel stud!
The Pregio is a great van for passenger duty. Soft-riding and comfortable. Shame to tear it up and use it for a purpose it wasn't designed for.

The helper is an additional spring added to the axle for extra load capacity. Either seperately or within the original coil.
Don't think there are kits for the Pregio, though. Best you can do would probably be to add a coil sleeve or an extra thick coil spacer, to pre-load and stiffen the spring.
And, oh, yeah... overloading your van can be very dangerous if your tires are not rated for the load. Also, hit a pothole when overloaded and expect to have to replace a whole lot of bushings, at the very least.
And yes... puwedeng maiwasan. Just make two trips. No sense causing thousands of pesos worth of suspension damage just to save a few hundred bucks in diesel...

sabi ng mekaniko ko hirap daw kung magdagdag ng coil..unless palitan ng mas mataas na coil spring.. hindi ko lang alam baka sya lang ang mahihirapan

You'll also have to go for commercial/light truck tires just as well. Take note though that if you beef up the suspension to take added weight you don't carry always (as you mentioned, pa-minsan minsan lang), you'll also ruin the ride comfort for the daily use of the vehicle.
Sir ganyan din dati naging problema ng pregio ko. Pinadagdagan ko ng makapal yung coil spring rubber damper, yung nasa ibabaw at ilalim ng coil spring. Yun solve yung problema. Sa banawe nga pala ako nagpagawa.
