July 29th, 2010 04:55 AM #4cannot open the link to your picture.
it may be brake fluid that is leaking.
better inspect your rear brakes.

try to touch the leak and smell it to know if it is an gear oil leak or a brake fluid leak.

July 29th, 2010 11:48 PM #7there is nothing serious on those pictures. I don't think there is a leak. try cleaning it with detergent and water, then check it again after using your ride.

Namamawis ng langis. So long as its not dripping on the floor and the level in the pumpkin is not dropping (checked by inserting finger into fill hole), you'll be ok. It really happens as vehicles get older.
If you want to be O.C. about it, clean the area first and observe where the fluids emerge.
Sometimes it can come from another source (e.g. small leak on the piston of the drum brake) or where the hard brake lines enter into the drum brake (its on top, where the bleeder is located also).
Were the brakes bled some time in the past? It could just be brake fluid residue.

July 30th, 2010 03:46 PM #9yes it was bled a month ago. Brake shoe replaced. hindi naman nagbabawas
ng brake fluid sa reservoir. worry ko baka worn out na oil seal or someting.
anyway i will try to clean the area. and check differential oil
thank you all.

October 16th, 2018 04:22 PM #10it sounds your axle had already hairline crack. Your symptoms is the same as mine and later on the axle sheared problem and totally crack which can later cause unexpected accident.
I agree. Note that you're spending 1.763M for a model which essentially came out 4 years ago and...
