is the fender gap smaller on the rightside? it could be bad shocks or worse the right coil sagged.

Im assuming your front tyres are of the same brand and model?
Also is your steering wheel on centered?

If I'm not mistaken, your innova has solid rear axle with semi elliptical leaf springs.
Measure the wheel base left and right.
Sometimes the center bolt of the rear springs slide or break resulting in a thrust angle.
