hmm... papalitan?. front muna (kung pwede nde sabay).. as the braking force is greater in the front. you'll feel the difference kung harap ang papalitan mo.
As for kung san.. hmm.. not sure.. tanong ka CATS.. hehe.e di ba yung SLK naka brembo na?. ehehehe
brembo has many stages of brake upgrades. the most simple is to upgrade the rotors to cross drilled and/or slotted rotors. this will cost around 8-10T for the front and the same for the rear (assuming you already have rear discs).
next up is the 4-pot upgrade which includes big calipers, big rotors, steel braided lines and fluid. this starts at around $3500 and up. hehe!
$3500 up? wow mas mahal pa sa greddy turbo w/ intercooler yan a...hehe!
Brembo Brake Systems is the authority when it comes to brakes. they supply OEM brake sets to Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini & other sports car makers. expect their kits to be more expensive than any other car accessory u've ever bought. :D

you can see the prices here... some cars have kits that are more expensive than others... as i browsed through it... it ranges from 19xx to 3xxx. Sometimes, front and rear is different as well.
you can buy brembo only in the U.S. wala sa FusionR or Autoplus.
The front kit (L&R) GranTurismo Brembo brakes is a little more than USD2,000.00 for the E36 bimmers. Seldom do they sell rear kits since their belief is that 85% of the braking effort is done by the front brake system. The kit comprises of 2 disc cross-drilled rotors, two caliper kits, adapters, stainless steel braided hoses, and brembo pads.
I bought mine on-line last year from the U.S. and had it shipped.
there are other good brake systems also. try Wilwood, AP (what i'm using now), and stoptech. prices will vary depending on how complete the kit is![]()
Some brake upgrades, if not, most usually comes with front only. The front brake upgrade design was to compensate with an OEM rear brake.
Wow 13 y/o thread. Which reminds me of plastic brembo caliper cover sold then. Hehe
be sure to ask if the front big rotor/caliper upgrade will work with the stock master cylinder. kasi if not then dagdag gastos pa yan after purchasing the big brake kit itself.
My ride is a suzuki fronte katulad ng toyota starlet...The size of my stock rims are 12...why not? as long as they make an application for your ride!
Is there as small as my stock disc brake by brembo?
mahihirapan ka siguro maghanap ng brembo na discs here for your application. they make for the more mainstream cars like the civics, etc. no use to bring in discs for an application na di ka sure na bebenta. baka pwede ka pa special order pero mukhang malabo din yun. sorry!![]()
my dad's MBW123 has brembo braking system.
nakita ko mga boxes sa garage, ask him kung saan nabili,
he said package deal daw nung pinagawa niya yung pang ilalim
I just want to set up this old and different car into a SLALOM car...That must be one hell of a Fronte!
You can see a lot of these in DBP village and I buy genuine parts in banawe which is difficult sometimes to maintain..I'll like to join my car in carshow in ATC or in Filinvest
