    Mga boss,

Papano ba talaga ang break-in procedure ng brake pads and rotors. i'm planning to change my disc rotors and pads next week. brand new 10 inches rotor costs P1,600/pc dito sa probinsya. for L200 pickup.

Another question is pupwede ba yung disc rotor for L300 van sa L200 pickup?

what are the things to look for in buying new pads and rotors?

    salamat ng madami

    miked,
there is practically no need to break your rotor nor your pads. the only thing you need to do is to wash the anti oxidant coating on the rotor off using soapy warm water and to dry them off. similar to rotors and drums after machining have to be washed the same way to remove the machining dust that later on find their way to the brake shoes or disc pads and cause brake squeal.
