whoa... medyo delikado yan... sidewall then bandang ibaba where the pressure builds up...risk of explosion is high. better have it changed asap.

agree with clarkent, mas delikado ang bukol sa sidewall kesa sa surface itself (although delikado din ang bukol sa surface). pero ang bukol sa sidewall holds the pressure so baka biglang sumabog yan.

Any suggestion on what tires are good for revo?

Is it ok to use 205 tires to the stock rims of my revo which had a stock 195 tires?

Is there a way to check the tires if it can fit on a rim originally stocked of a 195 tire?

    kabayan,

years ago... i recall that we had our 2002 revo's tire changed in late 2004 or early 2005 to 205/70/15 still using the 15 stock rims and it rode better (i.e. more compliant ride yet enhanced road grip) and if there ever was an increase in gas mileage, it definitely was negligible dahil hindi ko napansin man lang kung nagbago yung consumption.

ang tanda ko ay yung goodyear ducaro ang nabili ko and even remember that aside from the above ay lesser road noise pa sya...

add ko din na we're a big family at madalas ay puno hanggang sa kasu-kasuan yung revo and never sya sumayad in any way.

    hope this helps.

    :peace:

For people that are looking into excellent bang for the buck tires, i have had good feedback from people that are using Federal in the 15 inch size for cars.

The Federal EVO 595 SS from what a PNTCC driver has said who used it on the track is much grippier and stable specially when worn down to 60% and gets better as it wears down. from what they say better than the ADVAN Neova AD07 and waaay cheaper. treadwear is at 260. 2.5K+ a piece depending on where you buy it.

if you are looking at a Racing Intermediate tire that is thousands cheaper than the competition, the Federal RSR has a treadwear of 80 which i still need to get feedback as far as performance is concerned. somewhere around the 3K + range in the 15 inch size for cars.
