    Gud day guys,

    THANK YOU mga bossing !!!

Forget surplus. Buy brand new shocks. Surplus shocks won't last long before they blow.

If the rear is sagging, it's a safe bet your springs are soft, too.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    1. The coil springs hardly go bad. They either break or the rubbers on the top and bottom get broken or splayed out. In the later case you simply change the rubbers. If a spring droops a little bit it can be adjusted by using a spacer to get an even height on all 4 wheels.

    2. The suspension geometry differs from car to car. All have a balance, with heights varying from one make to another and the set up as per the performance required from the car.

    3. According to your description, the shocks seem to be worn out and would need replacement. All the symptoms point in this direction. With new shocks, your height may even come up very slightly and your complaint about driving over uneven/rough roads will also be rectified.

Go ahead and change your shocks, guarantee it will sove that annoying bumpy ride.

    hello guys !!!

Thank you for all your nice and clear reply, i will now look for a brands new shocks, probably KYB or Tokico kse sila lang ata ang kakayanin ng budget ko atleast 2.3 - 2.5 each + Labor pa, so around 6k ang magagastos dito, psensya na kyo very tight talaga budget ko e.

Pro kung me iba pa kayong alam na ibang brand na mas mura pa sana mas ok, bihira ko lang naman magamit ang car ko once a week lang pagpunta lang sa mall w/ my family.

Thank you very much again to all of you !!!

    pag basa shocks yun sigurado.

dont forget to camber-align and balance your tires too after the replacement.

    setter11,
    1. Coil spring can either get broken or becomes compressed permanently due
to long term use and excessive load
    2. shocks can also becomes to soft if there is a fluid leak.
    3. shocks can also become to stiff or harder than when it was new
    4. when viewed from the front or rear of the car, is your car still leveled? if so, then you don't have to change your coil spring. change your shocks and also the shock insulator/mounting on the chassis. there is also a bumper installed on the shaft of the shock absorber, replace if damaged.
