I just had my 5K KM checkup at citimotors last week of june.
    paid P1700 K lahat na.

Thursday Afternoon, i accidently open my doors withouth disarming the car, and ayun na buksan ko, then nag alarm. try ko ulit i set ang alarm, nag on ang alarm, pero pwedeng mabuksan ang door. That made me worried, so immediately i called citimotors thursday afternoon for an immediate fix on this door problem. i was at citimoros makati last friday, they told me to go to the accessories area, (sub contract winterpine). Winterpine replaced my actuatuator with a new (alen type screw mechanism). tinanong ko sila, baket anong ngayari ? sagot nila, expected na nila yun, between 1k to 10km checkup saka masisira yun 1st batch ng actuator nilagay nila. followup question ko, baket di nalang nila palitan sa 1k, 5k, or 10k checkup.. ang sagot, limited stock and pag me nasira lang daw saka nila papalitan ng mas high-end actuator ....

ganoon na ba ka poor service ang winterpine? katakot na tuloy bumili sa kanila!..

madami nang club members ang nagkaron ng problem sa actuator bro. Welcome to the club, hehehe. yung sa akin, walang alarm by default. so dun ako kay Spyke nagpakabit ng alarm, kasama yung actuator.

mukhang masmatibay ang actuator from S4S Autohub

the complaints here sir vs how many Strada are out on the road is not that big. and one thing also, it depends on the driving style habits of the owner. some people change gears too quickly, so are clutch drivers, etc.

some are also not used to driving diesel cars and always compare to gas fed vehicles,

    thats my opinion.

my strada has more than 35K on the odometer, and major problem experienced was a bad transmission which i posted when i got my unit, after that other noises of the clutch mechanism but can be heard from other units, so i called that normal and so far, wala naman problem clutch ko.

this is not my first diesel car, but first diesel manual transimission. iba iba talaga ang characteristics of a diesel fed vs gas.

tama si sir av80r5, minimal lang ang may complaints regarding sa clutch compared dun sa mga hindi nagkaproblem sa strada nila. yung sa akin sir, 21,000KM na ang tinakbo at roughly 7 months. so far wala pa rin akong problema.

mine is of GL variant by the way

... and dito sa strada threads, we dont hide the problems nor sugarcoat the issues...

... so that other strada owners can find a common solution to a 'perceived' problem...

^wow..with that kind of mileage...cguro it costs him 13,000 per month on fuel alone.

Wonder who could reach 200K mark without any major problems.
