sigurado yan sir take the words of BOSB Sael di mo pagsisihan yan hehehe![]()
Good news for manila based bosb's...theres about a dozen of oil filters for 2.5 and about 2 or 3 pcs left for 3.2(nakuha na yung iba hehe) that was brought by our davao based members which was imported from thailand....its in the posession of our president...so just PM him if your intrested....the selling price is a lot cheaper compared to the casa....![]()
1,500Km and 5,000Km:
Labor = free
Engine oil = P170/liter (Zic SD5000 15w-40 multi-grade CH-4 rating; 7 liters used)
Oil filter = P1,206 (OEM from Mitsubishi Cagayan de Oro / Fast Autoworld Phil. Corp. - Cagayan de Oro)
Working time = 1,500Km (2hrs.) / 5,000Km (1hr.)

yes, thats what they'll probably tell you... but its not the way it should be actually...
but IMHO this things(oil filter, break pads etc) shouldn't be really compromised for any other parts....because this parts are very critical for the performance of the car itself...
mismo sir!![]()
thanks for the reply sir. so for the brake pads, oil filter etc, OEM lang ang somehow recommended?
not knowledgable pa ko masyado sa strada and diesels. nang galing ako sa sedan.hehehe. and for sedans, daming aftermarket parts which is way better than OEMs. like tanabe, knn, trd, etc
![]()
yup, but if you could find a better aftermarket part like for instance endless or a brembo break pad that fits the stock caliper...why not?same goes for the oil and air filter....KNN is IMO a better performing replacement part for the OEM and a lot of members can really testify to that especially with the air filter...

ask ko lang mga gurus if mobil 1 fully synthetic 5w40 will be ok to use for my strada 3.2L???
sir,
got the mobil1 5w40 trubo diesel truck fully synthetic oil, i think this is good as i got it for a pretty good price, almost the same price as royalpurple and motul but it is 5w40 which is way better than 15w40.
sige sir, we can try theofforading from the other thread.
