I remember reading here before that the oil one uses should be what's readily available. Akala ko sa dami ng gumagamit ng Motul CRDI e madali lang makabili nito hehe. Ngayong nahirapan akong makahanap e naiisipan ko na magpalit ng brand. What brands do you suggest? The ones that have a constant supply in the metro but not turbo xp hehe

One club member uses Toyota fully synthetic oil for his strada. Yun ginagamit sa D4D. According to him, "di hamak na mas mura" and the supply is ample. I guess walang namang problema.

With the supply for Motul CRDI so tight, I just might do the same.

Ninong arvin, help, ok lang ba ito? Kelan opening ng service center mo?

doc ooba, oks lang naman yan eh... oil is oil as long as you follow the specified grade for your engine. the only thing that you will have to worry about is the category ie synth, semi, min....

which again brings back my advice from before, if you do decide to change oil brands go ahead, just remember to stick with only one brand as much as possible. it is not advisable to mix and match different brands regardless of their category and grade.... remember each manufacturer adds theirrr own crap into their oil which is different from the other crap that other manufacturers put in theirs. this will affect the detergency aspect of your oil. this is the ability of the oil to clean up it's own mess inside your engine. different additive means different detergent - you do the math.

buy the oil that is the most easiest and convinent for you

guys tanong ko lang 10Km checkup na ng strada ko, pwede ko ba dalhin sa ibang dealer ? from citimotors (makati) to diamond-valle verde or marikina?

saw also this white strada, same strada na umiikot sa qc ave ng mga alanganin na oras...pero kanina dun ko na naman nakita sa filinvest...mukhang me pinupuntirya na naman ito.....wahahahha peace bro......

tanong ko lang din... what brand of motor oil gamit nyo? ilan liters ba gamit sa 2.5 GLX? maliban sa Turbo-XP ng Casa, since me carshow this week sa SMX convention center, tingin ako ng oil doon ;)

bro i bring my own oil. royal purple ang gamit eversince.. less than 8 liters ang magagamit.

hello sir's. i just had my 20k pms at union motors paco. the SA asked me if i want the Turbo XP or the Motul oil to be used. Since Motul is a much better brand than Turbo XP, I opted to use Motul. after the service, i saw in my receipt that they actually used Motul H-Tech 100. when i got home, i verified it on the internet, H-Tech 100 is advertised for use on GASOLINE Engines!

Right now I dont know what to do, should i return it to casa asap for them to replace it or just trust the SA on his judgement and just think that maybe the website of motul is not updated. Can you use H-Tech 100 for DIESEL Engines? please advice. Thanks

IMO ok lang yan...its a 10w40 grade oil naman and synthetic din.... better than the 15w50 na XP...saka yung XP is for gas and diesel din diba?

and natanong ko din dati yung sa auto plus...meron kasi dung inde nakalagay na CRDi specific...tinanong ko kung pwede sa diesel, ok naman din daw...

but still, confront mo parin yung SA mo...sabihin mo na for gasoline engine pala kamo yung nilagay nila...bakit kamo ganon....
