sir, thats total BS. next time, ask them to show proof of that memo or advise written from planta. as we posted here sa thread before, coming straight from the plant, you have the option to choose mineral or synthetic oil. it would be the preference of the owner, regardless of the oil type, it will still be under warranty. what the plant suggest, again, suggest/recommend is fully synthetic oil.

next time, tell that stupid service adviser to use the proper term and look up what "recommend" means in the dictionary. Anyway sir, I don't recommend Citimotors Makati for service or sales, they don't give good package. fyi.
