sir kimmo, what warranty inspector? lahat ng casa dapat may in house inspector... nang BBS na yung mga ugag na yan.... it is required by mitsu japan na all dealers should have an in house warranty claims officer for all branches
Feedback below from an email from MMPC.
"Pleasant day to you, with regard to your concerns please find below items as our update;
1. "Sticky Shift" from 1st to 2nd - The T/M unit was inspected but no significant findings, however the "T/M shift lever - control shaft link" was re-grease (by removing the existing grease and put with new one)
2. Steering vibration - Your unit was road test by the warranty engineer, accordingly no unusual vibration was observed, however the tire pressure was adjusted to standard as it was observed to be over inflated during the evaluation.
3. Discount on PMS - When using credit card as mode of payment and the customer;
> Avail of the ZERO PERCENT INSTALLMENT, the discount is not applicable.
> Opted to have the payment "Straight Charge", the discount is applicable
Other related feedbacks that you have mentioned (especially the customer handling) were also discussed with DMC-QA c/o Mr. Boyet Talagtag.

I'm satisfied with the email reply from M_Lim of MMPC. but I would just like to add, that my tires are not over inflated, I know, I check it from time to time, second, on the discount..straight charge ang gagawin ko not installment..so clearly there was a bad intent of Diamond Q.Ave on the discount card on parts.
I did talk to Mr. Boyet, and I am pretty good at seeing non-verbal ques and I know he will not do anything about it, hindi nga ako kinausap ng SA after I told Boyet about it. But again, I have nothing against Boyet, its my feedback sa SA and the discount card I am referring to.
just called Citimotors and as per SA's advise, "OK na daw yung unit ko" when i ask them what they did, They answered "Grasa lang naman".
Then i ask them, "Sir bakit pinatagal pa ng 2 days kung GRASA lang pala ang gagawain sa unit ko? at bakit nag antay pa tayo ng Warranty Inspector?"
they answered me with "E Sir ganoon po kasi talaga..."
Hindi na ko sumabat kze nandito pa ako sa office at mahirap makipag usap sa Landline lang.
Test ko na lang daw po muna yung unit ko, pag ganoon parin daw ay ibalik ko ulit sa kanila...

bro, ito ba yung tinanong mo sakin noon south eb at pinarinig mo saken? pareho tayo bro me ganun din na tunog ang azul ko. pero i think its not from the transmission area, mukhang anjan lang yan sa hinges mechanism ng pedal, i think the spring lang ang tumunog jan. try to spray with wd40 just a very little spray lang. but mine? pinabayaan ko lang kesa sa papagawa ko sa kasa tapos mali pala yun bubuksan nila mahirap na at ang tagal bago mo makuha na di naman sure kung tama yun gagawin. basta try to sure bro ulit san nangaling yung tunog. noon pinarinig mo saken yan i think ang tunog galing sa spring and not a knocking sound, a sound of a non lubricated spring....

Gusto ko na nga po sana na ako na lang ang mag lubricate kaya lng po hindi ko alam kung saang banda lalangisan, baka sumablay po ako at ma-Void ang warranty...

*ALL - Just got my unit yesterday and according to them, it is just another issue of "LACK of LUBRICATION", so when i ask the SA, named "JACK"
KIMO: (Pano po pag na wash out na ung LUBRICATION "PERSE") so he
JACK: answered me with (HINDI YAN BOSS! AYOS NA YAN!)
Good thing that the PAtience Tablet is still in effect so i did not waste any time to argue with him but instead left the place and drove my TOY home...
