    Feedback: Although Mr. Boyet was accommodating, Mr. Joselito Bitagan wasn't. He was the SA assigned to me. He didn't do his job well, no advise that my car was done through text, my complaints, he answered with "okay na yan sir". What the *beep*, I told him, what kind of answer is that, i'll be writing MMPC a complaint letter regarding that guy, so if you guys will go to Diamond Quezon Ave., if this guy is assigned to you, request for a change SA.

    2nd: the discount card MMPC gives on parts 35%, Diamond Quezon Ave., says it's only applicable, told them, show me where in the card it says that, and the lady answered, it was a direction from Diamond Marcos Hwy., so I told the lady, why is it at Diamond Valle, which is the same management, didn't mention this when I had my 20K PMS, she said it was through Ms. Cristy Albesa who is from Marcos Hwy branch who said its only for cash transaction. She couldnt provide a written memo.

    Just read Montero PMS thread, and oil filter of Montero (*DCT Holdings - Mitsubishi Balintawak) was on P896.90 vs Strada oil filter P1042.72

    Has any member tried to have PMS at Mitsubishi Balintawak? Give your feedback.

    sir out, ang 0w40, oks lang din naman gamitin... basta ang base unit mo is 40w, ... actually kung bago pa lang yung sasakyan kaya niyan yung medyo malabnaw na langis pero siyempre eventually lalaki ang mga clearance kaya pabigat ng pabigat din ang langis na gagamitin mo. what i would suggest is to just make sure na palaging may supply yung langis na kukunin mo. hidni kasi tama kung paiba iba ka ng langis every change oil, mapag iiwanan ka lang ng napakaraming basura sa oil pan mo kung ganun ang gagawin. i highly reccomend to stick to one oil, whatever brand it may be... but please get synthetic para mas maganda ang treatment and life ng makina

    Feedback below from an email from MMPC.

    "Pleasant day to you, with regard to your concerns please find below items as our update;
    1. "Sticky Shift" from 1st to 2nd - The T/M unit was inspected but no significant findings, however the "T/M shift lever - control shaft link" was re-grease (by removing the existing grease and put with new one)
    2. Steering vibration - Your unit was road test by the warranty engineer, accordingly no unusual vibration was observed, however the tire pressure was adjusted to standard as it was observed to be over inflated during the evaluation.
    3. Discount on PMS - When using credit card as mode of payment and the customer;
    > Avail of the ZERO PERCENT INSTALLMENT, the discount is not applicable.
    > Opted to have the payment "Straight Charge", the discount is applicable

    Other related feedbacks that you have mentioned (especially the customer handling) were also discussed with DMC-QA c/o Mr. Boyet Talagtag.

    Again, thank you very much for sending us your valuable comment. "

    I'm satisfied with the email reply from M_Lim of MMPC. but I would just like to add, that my tires are not over inflated, I know, I check it from time to time, second, on the discount..straight charge ang gagawin ko not installment..so clearly there was a bad intent of Diamond Q.Ave on the discount card on parts.

    ngayun, yung SA na yun. Pati ako pinag mumura ko na this morning when i went to the shop... you can say na it's just a little retribution. as usuall wala naman isasagot yung mga yun kundi sorry po, pasensya na po. pero medyo naka boundary na ako ng mura sa kanya for the week.. and most of you guys know how i react and curse pag hindi ko gusto ang nagyayari.

    pakiusap ko lang ngayun sa lahat na magpapagawa sa Diamond Q. ave. kung may issues kayo regarding their service please let me know para ma address natin kaagad within their company. there is no need to drag the brand into their problem unless until talagang wala na tayong magawa. i believe i have enough clout in their organization to push some people around especially with in their service department. Please take note, i am willing to help within reason, basta nasa tama tayo at praktikal ang mga hinihingi natin, amaasahan ninyo ang tulong ko.
    I did talk to Mr. Boyet, and I am pretty good at seeing non-verbal ques and I know he will not do anything about it, hindi nga ako kinausap ng SA after I told Boyet about it. But again, I have nothing against Boyet, its my feedback sa SA and the discount card I am referring to.

    yup, mura nga montero oil filter vs strada although same engine... that's why I am wondering if same model filter lang sila. Muhkang that discount card has different policy depending on the dealership...but dapat same lang as it was implemented by MMPC and not a dealer promo/discount.

    Si TP nga meron service discount..ako wala, but it's okay...ganun talaga ang buhay.

    [quote=jokulit;1482722]bro, ano symptom/s ng problem sa scv?[/quote

    problem ng scv nagloloss power ang strada ..
    bitin yung power, around 2000-2500 rpm siya umeepekto
    pag press mo ng pedal around that rpm, walang reaction ang engine
    di naman sa naghihingalo pero surge down ang epekto..

    i think me advantage ang fully synthetic, like mine yesterday...
    it will not form any sludge on our engines and produce better mileage..
    and when i checked the used fully synthetic oil, its not that thick as i expected..

    pag synthetic naman gagamitin mo, every 10k kms ang change oil, oil filter lang ang papalitan every 5k 5kms. its just the same cost using mineral oil, but you got better oil than using mineral..
